Raising A Concern Or Complaint

Any person wishing to raise a concern or complaint must use the WPI pack to begin a process. We recommend that any person with a concern should, if possible, try to raise this first with the relevant person, and or if applicable a Lead Tutor or the Chair of Training Committee. If a concern cannot be addressed or remedied directly, the relevant forms for the next step are available from the WPI administrator and come as part of our WPI raising concerns pack. The pack is available from the WPI administrator by email. Forms are available electronically and are submitted by email to the administrator. Agreement for all communication to be via email will be assumed unless otherwise specified.
