The Affordable Therapy Service is a directory of WPI approved Therapists – in – training who have been assessed as suitable to work independently. 

Many people find therapy with a Psychotherapist – in – training a rewarding and life changing experience. Some people explore self-development issues whilst others choose to explore historical issues that impede daily functioning. 

• WPI ensures a rigorous process of approval for Trainees wishing to begin private practice whilst in training. 
• This directory holds approved WPI Trainees.
• You can make an initial appointment to discuss your needs by contacting an individual Trainee Therapist on the list below.
• Every Trainee Therapist has their own supervision with a UKCP registered and WPI approved supervisor.
• There are Trainee Therapists who speak more than one language, you will find all the languages that they speak on their directory entry. 
• The cost of sessions may be negotiable with individual Trainee Therapists and will be dependent on location of session. Each Trainee Therapist charges £30 per 50 minute session, rising to £35 – £45 per session for senior Trainee Therapists and those in certain central city locations.
• WPI is not involved with this contact process, and does not receive any notification or personal information from the email you send, it is direct communication between you and the Affordable Therapy Trainee Therapist.  
• WPI holds no data regarding clients and does not operate as a referral service.
