Services Offered

I offer both short and long-term psychotherapy, which is weekly and either in-person or online. I also provide, low-cost therapy. Each 50-minute session costs £35.00, payable in advance via bank transfer. We can meet for an initial 15-minute online session, which is an opportunity to ask any questions and to explore how we might work together.

About Approach

I’m a psychotherapist (in training), as well as an experienced, registered mental health practitioner, based in Bristol. My goal is to provide you with a safe, confidential space where you can feel supported in your journey of self-exploration, allowing you to grow and develop. I believe that through therapy we can gain insight and understand ourselves better, which can be life changing.

I have extensive experience of working with people with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, OCD, addiction, low self-esteem, and people from the LGBTQIA community. I have a particular interest in working with people who have experienced trauma, and I am dedicated to trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and ethical practice.

My approach to psychotherapy is relational-integrative, which means that I believe the most important part of therapy is our therapeutic relationship, serving as a way of better understanding the relationships in your life and with yourself.

At the heart of my practice is psychodynamic psychotherapy, which considers how early relationships can influence present life, such as how we understand ourselves and our relationships with others. I also incorporate Humanistic Psychotherapy, which emphasises what is happening in the 'here-and-now' to help make sense of your experiences.
