Jeremy Young is a UKCP‑registered Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist (Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College) with experience in both individual therapy and group facilitation. He holds an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and runs a private practice in Cardiff.
He has worked in psychiatric hospitals and private addiction treatment programmes, providing groupwork and individual therapy, and has also provided individual therapy in the voluntary sector with a charity supporting low‑income clients in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Before training as a psychotherapist, Jeremy worked as an Aerosol Scientist in the medical device industry and later as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the pharmaceutical sector. He also holds a Master’s in Instrumental Analytical Chemistry and a Bachelor’s in Biology.
