About Approach

As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I can offer you a warm and supportive space to explore and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how you are in the world.  Gestalt therapy embraces the whole, including embodied awareness as a valuable source of information and experience.  I’m really interested in process and paying attention to our own energy, noticing what holds you back and what makes you shine.  Increasing our awareness of ourselves allows us to notice how we are in relationship in more of a nuanced way.
